Bob Owens Art Gallery
University of North Georgia, Dahlonega Campus

Located on the top floor of the Hoag Student Center, the Bob Owens Art Gallery hosts about six rotating exhibitions a year, from student showcases like the Hal B. Rhodes Student Exhibition to visiting artists and faculty and alumni work.

The gallery is named for Robert L. "Bob" Owens, who founded the university's Visual Arts department and chaired it for 26 years, from 1971 to 1997, before his death in 2004. Exhibitions and receptions are free and open to the public; check the university's Visual Arts events page for the current show.
