Laurel and Hardy Museum - In honor of native son Oliver Hardy, Harlem established this original array of Laurel and Hardy memorabilia. The museum honors the memory of the greatest comedy pair in history - Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. Harlem is a fitting place for the Museum since it is the birthplace of Oliver Hardy. Meadow Garden House Museum was the home of George Walton, one of Georgia’s three signers of the Declaration of Independence and, at 26, among the youngest signers.
