| Built in 1885 and restored to its original grandeur, the courthouse's Superior Court Ballroom and Gallery Hall are rented out for weddings, school proms, corporate meetings, and community galas throughout the year. Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation, which manages the building, offers an Intimate Wedding Package along with full-venue rental options for larger events. Beyond private rentals, the courthouse also houses the Gwinnett Historical Society and the Gwinnett Veterans Memorial Museum, hosts an annual tree lighting each Thanksgiving, offers self-guided walking tours, and rotates seasonal art exhibits through the Gallery Hall.
