Recreation Department - 706-468-4916 Park Amenities: The Jasper County Recreation Department offers a variety of athletic activities for children as well as adults. Some of those activities offered include baseball, football, softball, soccer, cheerleading and more. Youth Baseball & Softball Sign-up: - Last two weeks of March Season begins: - 3rd week in April and continues through the middle of June Tournaments: - start the last week in June through the 3rd week of July Call for fees. Youth Cheerleading, Football & Soccer Sign-up: December 1 through the last day of school before the Christmas break Season begins: 2nd Saturday in January and ends the 2nd Saturday in May Call for fees. Adult Softball Teams Park Amenities: Team sign-up: - 2nd week in September only Season begins: - 3rd week in September and ends the week before Thanksgiving Tournaments: - no adult team tournament Call for fees. Westview Park Park Amenities: Within walking distance of historic downtown Monticello Amenities: Swing set area - picnic table and play station for children.
